One of Summit's greatest strengths is its location, in Hermitage, Tennessee just north of Nashville in a thriving medical center.

Summit's medical office buildings have a striking blue glass facade that jumped out from the air as the afternoon sun hit it. We wanted to showcase not only the building but also the neighborhood and local amenities that are nearby and the bird's eye view makes this easy.

Handheld/Gimbal

The grounds near the entrance provided some great foreground to the spectacular building. Once onside, the lobby and common area welcome the visitor into the suite where abundant natural light made for smooth transitions that give the feel of going to work in this charming office.

We created a video to showcase a vacant suite in one of Nashville's premium medical office campuses.

As a former pediatric facility, the interior of the building featured some charming interior design that we wanted to highlight in the video. And a bee said hi to our drone.

Drone Footage

Sometimes a bit of blind luck goes a long way, such as when a bumble bee wanted to investigate the larger buzzing drone. We also had plenty of interesting scenery to capture as the building is located in a series of rolling hills in Franklin, Tennessee.

Handheld/Gimbal

We approached this shoot by aiming to take advantage of the artistic and decorative features that were in place. Even if the new tenants decided to renovate, the video tells the story of what is as well as what could be.

It's hard to pass up a chance to film a place surrounded by the ocean and palm trees. And to do it in the middle of a blizzard back home is even better.

Drone Footage

Since Plantation is on the East coast of Florida, we started our filming at sunrise with the intent of capturing golden hour as the sunlight hit the building. We inadvertently managed to get a shot of a really nice fly by of a flock of birds.

Handheld/Gimbal

As the suite was not yet vacant there were many delightful opportunities to capture the space as it's meant to be: used. The building featured a lot of natural light in the patient's and doctor's offices so it was easy to get exciting, cinematic angles.

Located in the heart of Missouri, Boone Medical Center features beautiful medical office space in one of the leading medical facilities in the midwest.

Drone Footage

We were somewhat spoiled for choice when it came to selecting interesting arial shots. The medical campus is so surrounded by nature, water, and interesting architecture that we had a hard time deciding what to leave on the cutting room floor.

Handheld/Gimbal

This was the largest suite we had filmed to date, and since it was in active use it made shooting tricky considering we needed to avoid patients - but the video turned out compelling and highlighted this beautiful office very well.

A major medical center near the University of Missouri had a large, beautiful suite becoming vacant.
