Ameriplex at the Port
A multi-tenant industrial park in a prime location needed a video to capture the scale of the facility.
The complex includes multiple warehouse-sized buildings, one of which was in need of new occupancy. It's hard to tell a compelling story of beige warehouse space sometimes, but I think we did a fine job in this case.
Drone Footage
Capturing the scale of such a building can be tricky with just one camera or perspective. We used an angled, diving approach shot to demonstrate the breadth of the complex as well as the lovely environment in which it was built.
Handheld/Gimbal
The scale and scope of the building's indoor space required a wide lens to capture the rear industrial half, in particular. We wanted to recreate our own experience walking in and turning on the lights for the first time.
